ITM is again first provider in Europe for EUAA (European Union Agency for Asylum) for years 2023 – 2027. ITM (in its previous form, as ITC Cooperative) had already been awarded the same title for EASO (current EUAA) since 2018 and is proud to be able to hold this crucial position again. Precisely, the company was awarded lots 1, 2, 3.
The first concerns Greece and Cyprus: the company will provide initial reception, mediation and interviews. On the organizational and operational side, it will be responsible for finding and coordinating interpreters.
The second batch, however, is specific to Italy. ITM will follow the process of asylum seekers: in brief from landings to administrative and judicial matters. It will be in charge of the entire process that will lead the exiles to apply for asylum (from the moment they “touch” Italian soil) going through the bureaucratic aspects to the relations with the territorial commissions.
The last batch-the third-which covers the so-called “Member States” (excluding Greece, Cyprus and Italy, which pertain to the first batch). ITM will provide multiple aspects such as reception, mediation and interviews.
